While preparing for the AGM to be held on August 26, we realized that some of our owner information on file is missing or out of date.
We respectfully request that each owner complete the attached form and return it to me secretary@vis5801.ca so that we can update your records.
With regard to rental units would you kindly ask your renters to complete the form and return to me. We will also need a form from you, but we only require your contact information.
As in the past this information is confidential and will dealt with accordingly.
The owners form (link below) may be downloaded to your computer where it is fillable or you can print it and complete it by hand.
