On November 18, a team from Oliver’s Power Vacuum will be on the LLE property to clean dryer vents in all of the units. This is done from outside the building either through the side vent or a roof vent depending on the unit’s configuration. The workers do not enter the units so you don’t have to be home or make special arrangements for this procedure. This process will remove lint between the external vent and the wall connection for the dryer. We encourage owners to clean the flex tube from the dryer to the wall connection and any accessible lint inside the dryer using using a vacuum cleaner. This should be done on a regular basis (yearly) as a precaution to overheating causing lint fires. Thanks for your help with this important task,
