Hello Everyone
Two items from your social committee.
The first is we need to raise money to pay for upcoming functions. To do this we are going to have a 50/50 draw. Each ticket is $10.00 and can be purchased from Margaret Tryon or Tannis Charest. We accept all forms of payment including e-transfers which can be made to treasurer@vis5801.ca. (This means the people who are away can purchase tickets and if you are the winner we will e-transfer your winnings to you.) The draw will be made on February 9, 2026…….which brings us to the second item.
We are going to have an evening games night at Unit 5 on February 9 at 7pm. It has been suggested that games not requiring a table would be preferred, such as Pictionary, charades etc. If you have suggestions for other activities, or games please contact the committee.
All of this is a learning process to determine what people would like to do, what we can accommodate and in general the residents’ interests.
We will supply a snack, please bring your own beverage
