Special General Meeting 2026
A Special General Meeting (SGM) for the Lighthouse Landing Estates strata corporation is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, May 3, 2026 and will be held at the Bowser Legion Hall. Please bring your own pen. Owners can also join via Zoom. If you wish to join via Zoom, send an email to secretary(at)vis5801.ca and request the link.
Registration: 13:45 hrs. to 14:00 hrs.
Special General Meeting begins: 14:00 hrs.
Owners must present themselves to the Registration/Certification Table to be issued Voting Cards and Ballots.

Proxy votes:
If you are an Owner who is unable to attend, you may print, complete and sign the Proxy Sheets (link #5 above) so that your Proxy may legally vote on your behalf. Remind your Proxy that they must have your signed Proxy Sheet certified at the Registration/Certification Table near the entrance before a Voting Card and Ballots are provided. Your Proxy is required by law to bring government photo identification with them.

According to VISOA: Approval of the agenda is a formality to approve the order of agenda, not a chance to add new items.
