The Minutes from our last Council meeting have triggered a lot of discussion regarding special levies vs. monthly fees going up to pay for the cost of new roofs that will be required over the next few years.
We have been asked by a number of units to request a straightforward vote on your preference for special levies vs. fees going up. Please reply to this email indicating your preference (one response per unit please):
Special levies OR Monthly fees going up
Majority vote will dictate what we present in the budget at the AGM.
NB: the Budget will still need to be voted on and what is presented can be amended at the AGM.
