We have started to have garage door problems mostly to to ageing. Some tips to help prolong the life span of the spring above the door and rollers is to simply spray them with Liquid Wrench lube spray or even simply WD-40. Doing this can can extend the life of these parts as owners are responsible for all parts of the door.
