Sprinklers
With the recent change in the weather we’ll be turning off the common area sprinklers today. Owners may wish to consider turning off your sprinkler systems if you haven’t already done so.

Annual fall sprinkler blowout
Please mark your calendars: on Tuesday October 5 from 8:30-4:00, we have the air compressor booked for the annual sprinkler blow-out/winterise. Black Bear near LLE
Heads up when out on the trails. The black bear was seen at around 9:15 this morning, August 11, on the main trail between main LLE gate (next to unit 25) and the gravel road to the research station.
