At the 2026 AGM, owners approved Resolution H.4. to fund three more roof replacements via a Special Levy assessed at $3,000 per unit, with any balance required coming from the CRF.
All owners must pay the Special Levy of $3,000 per unit on or before December 1, 2026. An owner who fails to pay their share of the Levy by the date that it is due shall be liable to pay interest on the unpaid portion of their share of the Levy at a rate of ten percent (10%) per annum, compounded annually.
