We are in the process of preparing for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of our strata. Please review the following:
1. Special Resolutions
If you have any new business or special resolutions you wish to have added to the agenda, please let us know by July 31, 2022.
Please be advised that agenda items must be accompanied by supporting signatures totaling 20% (6 units, including yours) of the owners.
Items may also be added to the agenda at the AGM if the required 20% of the voting owners vote in favour of the item being added at the time.
2. Attending the meeting via Zoom.
If any owners would like to attend the AGM via Zoom, Council will work to make that possible, however it does require some preparation, therefore we ask that you let us know by July 31, 2022 if you are interested in this option
