Good Evening Everyone!
We are writing concerning the LLE Christmas Party being held on December 7th. Currently we have 22 people, bring us up short of the 24 required by Mickey J’s.
If you are contemplating coming, and have not yet let Adrian know, please contact him at adrianjohnston59@gmail.com soon as possible. Mickey J’s has told us they would work with the 22 but 24 is their minimum for a private function and we would like to fulfill that number.
Since we need to confirm the numbers by Thursday, would everyone who is attending please E-transfer full payment for the meal, taxes and tip, being $47.50 per person $95.00 per couple to the treasurer@vis5801.ca, or contact Adrian to make alternate arrangements. (Your e-transfer will automatically be deposited to LLE’s account you do not need a password).
If for any reason we do not get the numbers required and the function is canceled your money will be returned to you.
Thank you.
