Special General Meeting 2022 to review proposed new Bylaws
The 2022 SGM for the Lighthouse Landing Estates strata corporation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2022 and will be held at the Bowser Legion Hall and via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. If you would like to attend via Zoom, please contact Council for the Zoom link as we are not posting it here for security reasons.
Registration: 18:45 hrs. to 19:00 hrs.
Special General Meeting begins: 19:00 hrs.
To ensure the meeting runs as efficiently as possible, please review the SGM Information Package in detail prior to the meeting:

Alteration agreements to be voted on at the SGM:
- Unit 8: Hot tub privacy screening (PDF)

Owners must present themselves to the Registration/Certification Table to be issued with Voting Cards.
If you are an Owner who is unable to attend, you may print, complete and sign the Proxy Sheet so that your Proxy may legally vote on your behalf. Remind your Proxy that they must have your signed Proxy Sheet certified at the Registration/Certification Table near the entrance before a Voting Card and Ballots are provided. Your Proxy is required by law to bring government photo identification with them.
